Differentiated training to make them universal phone banking officers \u2013 cross training in cards, liabilities, assets.
\u2022 This skill will also do sales with assigned customer based mapped to them.
\u2022 Measure of outcomes \u2013 NPS, Service Level, Service Quality and Sales.
\u2022 Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
\u2022 Ensure customer \u201cdelight\u201d and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries\/issues.
\u2022 Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target).
\u2022 Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
\u2022 To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.
