Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for collections of overdue EMIs via field visits.
- Ensuring ethical collection practices are followed.
- Giving timely collection reminders to customers.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Freshers or minimum 6 months of experience in Field Collections.
- HSC or 10+2 and above.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken (Hindi and local language).
- Open to travel in rural interiors along with strong geographical knowledge.
