🧭 Job Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
📍 Locations: All Major Cities and Districts in Bihar
(Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Purnia, and more)
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in your assigned region
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct field visits and generate new leads
- Promote Karan Pipes products in urban and rural markets
- Ensure timely payments and stock rotations
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners
✅ Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are graduates (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or any relevant field)
- Have 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in pipes, construction, or FMCG sectors)
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Are familiar with the geography of Bihar
- Are self-driven and result-oriented
