Primary Responsibilities:

  • Area/Village Survey – Undertake survey & identify areas – villages / wards having potential for formation of SHGs/JLG.
  • Create baseline information about the group & individual members.
  • Financial Literacy – Conducting Financial literacy on expenditure management, savings, borrowing for enterprise activity and insurance.
  • Business Drive – Tracking file movement from sourcing till disbursement.
  • Pitching cross sell products to customers during FLCC and branch visit
  • Driving business in terms of coordinating with other verticals such as OPS,CPU,WBO for completion of logins
  • Collection Drive – Calling customers for recovery follow-up and assiting RM in terms of achieving branch OTR%
  • Branch Complaince – Mainitaining customer records and FLCC register to adhere audit compliance

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Productivity:
  • 40 files FLCC per month
  • Maintain good OTR% of branch
  • Mobile number accuracy of new disbursement groups
