Primary Responsibilities
| RESPONSIBILITY | DESCRIPTION |

| Form / Documentation Checking | Verify legal documents based on the Documentation Grid and Sanction Letter/Term Sheet provided by legal and business/credit teams. Ensure compliance with Stamp Duty regulations as per the Legal Stamp Duty Grid. Manage limits and collateral maintenance for loans. Handle CERSAI maintenance for charge creation and release for mortgages, hypothecation, and intangible assets. Update Priority Sector Lending (PSL) data using the business-provided template along with Term Sheet/Sanction Letter. Maintain insurance policies as per sanction terms, coordinating with the centralized insurance desk. Prepare and release Disbursement Advice to Loan Maintenance Team for loan disbursal, and Limit Loading Instructions (LLI) to Treasury and CMS teams. Process document insertions received post-disbursement. Manage closure of deferrals upon receipt of required documents from Business Unit. Track post-disbursement conditions in DRS for Wholesale & Commercial operations. Hand over files (excluding Title Deeds) and property-wise dockets (for each mortgaged property) to Document Management Team (DMT). Weekly handover of PDC/SPDC’s to vendors and ensure acknowledgment receipt. Coordinate with auditors to ensure no audit queries arise. |
