Primary Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITY | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Form / Documentation Checking | Handle customer service requirements, including account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, and cheque book issuance. Ensure the quality of advice given to customers is rated highly by both customers and supervisors. Provide service with speed and efficiency. Meet sales targets for bank and investment products. Address customer needs by offering additional products beyond their initial requirements. Enhance customer value through effective service and relationship management. Cross-sell asset products. Serve as a backup to relationship managers handling HNI relationships. Ensure low attrition ratios. Acquire new customers through referrals from existing clients. Require graduates with 1-3 years of total experience, including at least 1 year in financial services or banks. Seek candidates with a balanced service and sales orientation; if not equal, a stronger emphasis on sales orientation is acceptable. Consider experienced customer service candidates from financial services, such as mutual funds or securities houses, with a sales orientation. |
