Key Responsibilities:

Supervisor:

1. Supervising and overseeing the work of a team or department.
2. Setting goals, providing guidance, and evaluating performance to ensure productivity and adherence to policies.
3. Handling escalated issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

Manager:

1. Planning, organizing, and coordinating operations to achieve organizational goals.
2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
3. Managing budgets, resources, and personnel to ensure effective team performance and achievement of targets.

Data Operator:

1. Entering, verifying, and maintaining accurate data in databases or computer systems.
2. Performing data quality checks, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity.
3. Generating reports, extracting information, and supporting data-related tasks as required by the organization.

Requirements:

1. Education: Any Graduated Candidate
2. Age: Between 21 and 30 years.
3. Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
4. Communication: Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
5. Technical Skills: Advance Excel knowledge of computer applications and data entry techniques. (Tally and GST Knowledge)
6. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and maintain large volumes of data.
