Primary Responsibilities:
- dentifying customers suitable for various credit options.
- Assisting Relationship Officer / Assistant Branch Manager durig initial process execution.
- Follow-up with clients on their monthly repayments.
- Ensuring ethical collection practices are followed by the team.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Overall 3 to 4 years of experience in sales of Unsecured Business Loans with minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
- Graduation in any stream.
- Good communication skills both written and spoken. (English, Hindi and Local Language)
- Open to travelling in rural interiors along with strong geographical knowledge (DL & Bike Mandatory).
