| RESPONSIBILITY | DESCRIPTION |

| Form / Documentation Checking | · Act as Absolute owner of the Mapped book & manage the Customer Life Cycle. · Create an excellent Customer Experience by way of engaging, enabling & e2e Ownership · Fresh Acquisition of Working Capital Loans through Referrals & activities · Renewals & Deferrals Management · Manage the Portfolio Health, DPDs & the timely interest servicing · Aim to increase Product per Customer & acquire full relationship of the Customer for all banking Needs · Effectively use the Digital platforms like Project Neo, Various STP Journeys , Business App , Siddhi & others available to extend faster & better experience. · Responsible for the productivity of the Relationship officer if mapped. · Partner with Central Office, Project teams to constantly share feedback on Customer Asks & take |
