About the Role
Are you looking for exciting job in Hajipur? The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operation of the mall , coordinate with customers, ensures facility upkeep, and support marketing and event activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise mall operations and ensure day-to-day functions.
- coordinate with retail tenants regarding operations , complaints and promotions.
- Monitor housekeeping, security and maintenance services.
- Support the planning and execution of mall events and promotional activities.
- Handle customer enquiries.
- Get feedback from visitor.
- Maintain records of mall operations.
- Generate regular reports for managements.
