Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning for growth

- Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.
- Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation
- Mentoring team members.
- Cross Sales of WBP/Bank’s other Products.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Business strategy & planning for growth.
- Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers.
- Possess knowledge on FEMA; KYC/AML; SEBI (applicable); FDI Policy of GOI etc
- Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines.
- Overall Business Development of Capital Account (At Domestic & GIFT)
- Driving Business through Coverage & Direct Customer Meetings.
- Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees); Administrators.
