Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning for growth 
  • New Client/Fund acquisition
  • Meet revenue targets – Fee, CDAB & Fx
  • Organize roadshows in collaboration with Big4 / Internal subsidiaries / Tax Consultant.
  • Business Analysis & Management Reports Preparation
  • Mentoring team members. 
  • Cross Sales of WBP/Bank’s other Products.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  •  Business strategy & planning for growth. 
  • Evaluate the Market & Peers Product/Process offering and implementation of best suitable products for the customers. 
  • Possess knowledge on FEMA; KYC/AML; SEBI (applicable); FDI Policy of GOI etc
  • Provide Solutions to the customers on Regulatory Guidelines. 
  • Overall Business Development of Capital Account (At Domestic & GIFT)
  • Driving Business through Coverage & Direct Customer Meetings. 
  • Creating synergies with Intermediaries (Legal firms and Trustees); Administrators.
