Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate regular asset quality reviews with analytical insights to identify risks/ opportunities and recommend relevant actions.
- Appraise and evaluate clients’ creditworthiness for onboarding asset relationship in accordance with bank policies and regulatory framework.
- Review, recommend or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses.
- Negotiate loan terms with borrowers to mitigate credit risk.
- Ensure credit policies and risk appetite criteria are adhered regularly.
- Analysis of portfolio and ensuring Portfolio monitoring, trigger reviews & delinquency control.
- Capture and share best- practice knowledge amongst the team.
- Interacting with Rating agencies, SRMs, Peer groups, Competition and industry update.
- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other task assigned by senior from time to time.
