Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services to MSME clients, collaborating with relevant teams to maximize revenue generation
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, industry trends related to trade and forex services, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies, conducting due diligence on clients, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to maintain a healthy portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth service delivery and address client queries or issues effectively
  • Additional Responsibilities:
