Primary Responsibilities
| RESPONSIBILITY | DESCRIPTION |

| Form / Documentation Checking | Acquire new clients (NTB) through external efforts for Current Account and Savings Account products, targeting individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporates. Focus on revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, and cost efficiency by adhering to product, process, and regulatory requirements. Support newly acquired customers for the first month to deepen relationship values before transferring them to the Branch Banking team. Maintain the average quarterly balance. Organize regular promotional and customer events to generate leads. Cross-sell mutual funds (MF), gold, insurance, and asset products. |
